SSC Western Region Recruitment 2013 – 46 Scientific Asst, Technician, Jr Chemist Posts

Staff Selection Commission Western Region ((SSCWR) has issued notification for the recruitment of 46 Milk Recorder, Storekeeper Grade-III, Technician Group C and other vacancies. Eligible candidates can send their applications on or before 20-12-2013.

Age Limit: Candidates age limit should be between 18-25 years for Post No.1 & 4, 18-27 years for Post No.2& 3, 18-28 years for Post No.6, 21-25 years for Post No.13 & 14 and 18-30 years for remaining all posts. Age relaxation will be applicable as per the rules.

Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess Matriculation or equivalent for Post No.1, Secondary School Certificate from a recognized Board or equivalent for Post No.2, B.Sc. (Biology/ Microbiology) from a recognized university for Post No.3, B.Sc. (Agricultural) for Post No.4, Master’s Degree in Chemistry or Dairy Chemistry or Oil Technology for Post No.5. Refer notification for post wise educational qualification details.

Examination Fee: Candidates should pay the fee of Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty only) by means of “Central Recruitment Fee Stamps (CRFS)”only available at the counter of all Post Offices. Recruitment Fee Stamps should be pasted on the application form in the space earmarked for the purpose and got cancelled from the Counter clerks of any Post Office of issue with the date stamp of the Issuing Post Office on the application form itself. All Female applicants, Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Physically Handicapped and Ex-Servicemen applicants are exempted from paying examination fees.

Selection Process: Candidates would be selected based on their performance in Written Examination, Interview/ Personality Test/ Skill Test.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates can send their applications in the prescribed format along with examination fees, one recent passport size photograph pasted on application form, caste certificate and attested copies of of Matriculation Certificates or equivalent as a proof of age (Date of Birth) copies of certificates/yearwise marksheets/ provisional certificates towards proof of educational qualifications etc, attested copy of experience certificate etc and one self addressed envelope of 12 x 25 cm size, enclosed in an envelope super scribed in bold letters as “Application for the post of ______Category No. WR- _____ Advertisement No: WR/1/2013 should reach to The Office of the Regional Director, Staff Selection Commission (WR), 1st Floor, Pratishtha Bhavan, 101, MK Road, Mumbai, Pin-400020 on or before 20-12-2013 up to 05:00 PM. The applicants residing in Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Jammu & Kashmir and other far flung areas can send their applications on or before 27-12-2013 up to 05:00 PM.
