Havildar Education (Army Education Corps) vacancy Details

Indian Army has invited applications from the interested and eligible candidates for 270 positions available for appointment.

1. Arts Stream (Group X): 52 posts
2. Science Stream (Group Y): 218 posts

Eligibility criteria

Age limits:

Age of the candidates should be between 20 years and 25 years. Age of the candidates should be calculated as on the date of job rally.

Education Qualification:

Applicants participating in this Army Education Corps rally should possess B.A, B. Ed/B. Sc, and B. Ed/BCA/B. Sc (IT), B. Ed / M.A / M. Sc / MCA degree for group X; and B.A / B. Sc / BCA/B. Sc (IT) degree while applying for group Y positions from a recognized university or Institute. Additionally, candidates should have good command over the Hindi and English languages. Indian Army has invited offline applications from desiring and eligible candidates, who want to enroll on these posts, in the prescribed format launched by them. Candidates should download prescribed format from official website and apply as per the guidelines. Selection procedure

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of physical fitness test and Medical standards. Candidates qualifying these stages will be called for written examination. Successful candidates have to appear for personal Interview and training aptitude test. For latest updates, candidates should refer official website.

Pay scale

Selected candidates will get the pay scale in the range of Rs. 5200 to Rs. 20200 along with pay grade of Rs. 2800/- per month. Candidates will also receive Military service pay, Group pay along with allowances and perks as per rules.
