Age Limit: Candidates
should have been born between 02-01-1978 and 01-01-1996 (both days
inclusive). Candidates belonging to SC/ ST should have been born between
02-01-1973 and 01-01-1996 (both days inclusive). Candidates belonging
to Other Backward Classes should have been born between 02-01-1975 and
01-01-1996 (both days inclusive).
Educational Qualification:
Candidates should possess Bachelors degree in any subject awarded or
recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala, KGTE (Higher) in
Typewriting (English) and KGTE, (Higher) in Shorthand (English) or
equivalent qualification.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on Dictation Test and Interview.
Application Fee:
Candidates should pay Rs.250/- for General candidates drawn through
Demand Draft of the Nationalized Banks in favour of ‘Registrar General,
High Court of Kerala and payable at Ernakulam. The candidates should
write their name and address on the reverse of the Demand Draft. SC/ ST
and Unemployed Physically Handicapped candidates are exempted from
payment of fee.
How to Apply: Eligible
candidates may send their applications in the prescribed format along
with attested copies of certificates/ documents of educational
qualification, to prove age, community, Non Creamy Layer status, demand
draft, passport size photograph. The envelope containing the application
shall be superscribed ‘Application for the post of Confidential
Assistant Grade-II (NCA & General Recruitment-2014)’ should sent to
‘The Registrar General, High Court of Kerala, Ernakulam, Kochi – 682
031′ on or before 20-03-2014.
